  1. How do I download the App?
  2. Are there any birthday perks?
    • Yes, a gift e-voucher will be credited to your account on your actual birth date (validity: 30 days).

  3. How do I qualify for different tiers?
    • Bronze – first sign-up
    • Silver – minimum spending of $300 in 12 months period
    • Gold – minimum spending of $500 in 12 months period
  4. How do I remain at my tier?
    • Bronze – your tier status will never expire
    • Silver – accumulated spend of $200 over 12 months period
    • Gold – accumulated spend of $200 over 12 months period
  5. Where do I check my tier status?
    • You may refer to “My Account” for more information.
  6. Will I be able to purchase gift cards for my loved ones?
    • Yes, we do have exciting deals exclusive on App.
    • You can purchase the bundles with your loved ones’ information.
    • In the event that your recipient is not a Milksha app user, he/she will receive an e-mail to sign up for an account and voucher will appear in their “My Account” tab thereafter.
  7. How do I purchase the bundle?
    • You may refer to “Order Now” -> “Pick-up” -> “Vouchers”.
    • Do take note that vouchers are only available for pick-up orders, not applicable for delivery.
  8. How do I redeem the drinks from the bundle?
    • Once paid, vouchers will be automatically stored to “Vouchers”.
    • Select your drinks and redeem the voucher before checkout.
    • You can redeem your drinks one at a time before the expiry date.

  9. How do I redeem the merchandise?
    • You can redeem your merchandise before you proceed to place your order.
    • Please redeem through” e-vouchers”, do not need to add the merchandise (ala carte) to redeem.
    • If you add another merchandise (ala carte price), an additional price will be charged.
  10. Is there a limit on how many addresses I can add to my account?
    • Yes, there is a limit of 10 addresses.
  11. Will I be able to receive a receipt for my order?
    • You will be able to receive an e-receipt, no physical receipt will be printed.
  12. Will I be able to track my order?
    • Yes, please refer to your order status.
  13. Can I cancel my order after payment?
    • Unfortunately, strictly no cancellation is allowed once the order has been placed to avoid miscommunication and wastage. We seek your kind understanding. 🙂
    • Kindly check your delivery address/pick-up outlet/order details before checkout. Once paid, no refund.
